I have trained with Jasmine since Covid days. I started doing 1-1 pilates training with her, and then she started to include different types of exercises, such as weights, box jumps and even cartwheels. Even tho I often complained throughout the training 😝, I appreciate her pushing me out of my comfort zone every time and challenge my own limiting self belief. ❤️
I can see significant improvements since day 1. When I first went to her, I had frozen shoulder, persistent pain in the neck, zero stamina. I now feel stronger and happier as well to see my fitness progress through the years. 💪
With her patience and structured training. I was able to overcome fear of jumping, and jog without pain in the neck (best feeling ever!), and able do side planks after recovering from frozen shoulders! Even my family and friends can tell that I’m getting fitter and more energetic! 🥳
Jasmine has taught me fundamentals of how to avoid injuries, from how you set up your core strength, releasing tension and tightness in your body, stretches and mobility even in the smaller muscle groups. These are valuable knowledge that I can apply as I age and still want to keep fit.
I have also referred friends who benefited greatly from Jasmine’s training as well! We all love the space in the Beacon Movement. It is big, airy and most importantly, the vibes of the trainers and the students community here are friendly and down to earth. 🙂
