Having played basketball for decades, I sought Jay out to work on strengthening my knees and overall agility so that I can continue to enjoy my sport. I’m very happy to say that after training 1:1 with Jay over the last 3-4 months, my knee pain is now very well-managed and I am playing my sport at least 3 times a week. Made great strides in my fitness goals through the myriad of sessions here with Jay, Jasmine, and Ruthlyn! You can always expect patient guidance with a dose of humor. I also love that they offer sessions in less common areas compared to other fitness studios e.g. cartwheel, gymnastics rings, plyometrics (great for explosive power), and dynamic mobility/thoracic spine & shoulder mobility (for wonderful deep stretch and release).
