Wilda has a deep love for movement and enjoys a wide variety of workouts—from Pilates, Step, Gyrotonic, Yoga, and Cycling to Strength Training and Circuit. She believes that every discipline offers unique benefits and keeps her body and mind engaged in different ways.

Among them all, Pilates holds a special place in her heart. She believes it complements all her other workouts by helping her move more mindfully, both in training and in daily life. For Wilda, quality always takes precedence over quantity.

Since she began teaching in November 2017, Wilda has never looked back. She finds joy in guiding others to move better, feel stronger, and live fitter lives. To her, Pilates is a powerful practice—it can be both gentle and challenging, and is truly suitable for every BODY, regardless of fitness level. Everyone is a work in progress, and she honors each individual’s unique journey.

Wilda also firmly believes that movement creates happy hormones! As Joseph Pilates once said, “Change happens through movement and movement heals.” So keep moving!

For her, true happiness comes from witnessing her clients’ progress—whether it’s moving pain-free in daily life, recovering post-rehab, enhancing athletic performance, or simply aging with grace and strength.
