With a background as a professional Muay Thai athlete, Jay understands the demands of high-performance training and the importance of movement efficiency. Beyond combat sports, he has trained extensively in gymnastics, parkour, and bodyweight movement, giving him a well-rounded understanding of movement mechanics. This diverse foundation allows him to analyze movement patterns across disciplines and apply practical, progressive training methods to help his students move better, perform stronger, and recover smarter.
Specializing in Rehabilitation and Performance, Jay has worked with numerous athletes dealing with shoulder and knee pain, helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence to return to their sport. His approach goes beyond conventional rehab—he integrates movement-based recovery strategies, ensuring that every drill serves a functional purpose rather than just ticking off exercises.
More than just focusing on the physical aspects of movement, Jay deeply values the mental side of training. He believes that confidence, like strength or flexibility, can be developed progressively and plays a crucial role in overcoming limitations. By tailoring his coaching to the needs of each individual, he ensures that students train at the right pace for sustainable progress while fostering independence in their learning.
Never one to settle, Jay continuously expands his knowledge by exploring disciplines that complement his expertise. While his specialty lies in gymnastics and bodyweight movement, his cross-disciplinary approach allows him to bridge rehabilitation with performance, helping his students move pain-free, build resilience, and perform at their best.
