Stronger Knees for Real Life

Movement that helps your knees work better, not just feel “less bad”.

Knee pain isn't just a gym problem.
It shows up in everyday life.

✔️ Climbing stairs without wincing
✔️ Playing sports without “babying” your joints
✔️ Carrying groceries or chasing kids without stiffness

And if you’ve got unique challenges like hyperextended knees, old injuries, or recurring aches — chances are you’ve been told to rest more or avoid certain movement. But rest and avoidance alone won’t prepare you for real life.

The Knee Rehab Method is our signature approach to restoring knee function through targeted movement, not fear-based rest.

We combine:
✔️ Myofascial release to free up tension and stuck tissues
✔️ Mobility drills to improve range of motion and control
✔️ Smart strength training to build resilience where your knees need it most using a mix of Pilates and Gymnastics-based drills

We are here to teach your knees to handle load, instability, and movement the way life demands.

What’s Included in Your $90 Trial Session

In your private training session, you’ll work 1-on-1 with a coach who specializes in knee health and functional movement. We’ll begin with a movement assessment to understand your unique needs, then guide you through a mix of targeted mobility, myofascial release, and strengthening drills. These aren’t random exercises — they’re carefully chosen Pilates and Gymnastics inspired progressions that teach your knees how to move with stability, absorb load, and handle real-life challenges. You’ll leave with exercises you can use right away, plus a clear plan forward so you don’t have to “just rest it” anymore.

You’ll walk away with:
✔️ Confidence to move well again
✔️ Safe progressions to teach your knees to handle real-life loads
✔️ A toolkit of Take-home exercises that actually help
✔️ Progress tracking toward the activities you want to do (not just rehab tasks)

Having played basketball for decades, I sought Jay out to work on strengthening my knees and overall agility so that I can continue to enjoy my sport. I’m very happy to say that after training 1:1 with Jay over the last 3-4 months, my knee pain is now very well-managed and I am playing my sport at least 3 times a week. I am even able to play competitively! I am so much more flexible as well.

I have been training with Jasmine for several years now. She has seen me through my running journey from regular 5k runs to regular 20k runs 🙂 When I sustained a bad knee injury that needed a 6 month recovery period, she patiently guided me the often frustrating recovery process whilst ensuring that I could continue my runs. I now continue my half marathon journey with confidence that she will keep me going, in fact, I run faster and longer at 44 than when I was 24.

Lydia has been incredibly supportive in helping me with my knee issue following a snowboard injury. Her attention to detail and applying different techniques—especially her expertise in fascia work—have made a noticeable difference in my recovery. She’s very encouraging, and I always leave each session feeling stronger, more balanced, and just better in my body.

I found out about Jay Ding from my sister and also positive results from another common friend and decided to go to him for my knee issues. The workouts he prescribed me really helped me with dealing with my knee cartilage wear and tear. There was this one session last October 2023, I went to him with pain in my weakened knee that I never had before while climbing up and down the stairs (overused the past few days). I came out of his hour-long session being able to hop off the stairs, pain-free. I dont think I have ever felt this hopeful about my knee rehabilitation in general if it was not for Jay. I trust his carefully tailored exercises that help me develop strength and confidence in my movements and be able to get back to playing sand sport properly again.

I started having rehab + exercise sessions under tutelage with Jasmine 2 years back as I was having problem with my inflamed muscles after every run. It was quite a journey to train my muscles in a different way while understanding the basic anatomy from Jasmine. It has transformed the way I look at exercise and rest. My inflamed muscle issue was resolved but yet I have goals to achieve. I want to get better with my badminton games even after I sprained my ankle. Jasmine helped to strengthen my ankles to recover from the injury. Now, I can run like nobody's business without pain!

Jasmine is very knowledgeable of the human anatomy and therefore, she is able to identify where my weaknesses are and structures my routines accordingly. I had a Total Knee Replacement done for both my knees. So, she has been focusing on strengthening my knees apart from working on my strength and balance as well. I can now easily get on and off a low stool and even getting up from a sitting position on the floor, without much effort, which I had so much difficulty before. She also specifically works on my balance to control any slips that may lead to falls and accidents. I'm grateful and thankful that I'm able to do all this at my "young" age of 76 years. My overall physical well-being has improved tremendously since attending the weekly Pilates sessions at the Beacon Movement.
