Rydell has experience working with a diverse range of clients—including older adults looking to build and maintain an active lifestyle, pre- and postnatal individuals, clients recovering from injuries, and those managing scoliosis. She is deeply committed to meeting each client where they are, adjusting movement strategies to suit their needs, comfort levels, and long-term goals.
