Term Pack
Term packs are designed with an objective in mind.
You start and end with the same group of people, working towards the same goal in mind. As such, you will see clear progression towards your goal.
In each term pack, you will experience the perfect blend of Gymnastics and Pilates – learning to move in precision with stability while challenging yourself in dynamic movements.
With only a maximum of 6 pax in each term pack, you will receive precise corrections and more attention from your coach as compared to a generic group class.
Each class is well-planned with progressions and intention. If you are committed to your goal, we are committed to assisting your journey.

The Gymnastics rings is one of the most useful and progressive tools to build holistic upper-body strength and coordination.
In the Intermediate Rings Class, be expected to work hard as we will be working on various ways to move with and around the rings. You will leave each session with a more comprehensive knowledge of Rings.
We care for you! To make your training holistic and well-rounded, a Pilates session is included to elevate the awareness of mind-body connection and fortify movement precision. It also serves as a Prehabilitation training for you to challenge yourself further in Gymnastics pain-free!

Learning tumbling alongside handstands offers a comprehensive approach to movement, enhancing overall body control, spatial awareness, strength, flexibility, and balance. The combination of dynamic tumbling movements with static handstands provides a diverse skill set, fosters natural progression, and boosts confidence in movement!
We care for you! To make your training holistic and well-rounded, a Pilates session is included to elevate the awareness of the mind-body connection in handstands. It also serves as a Prehabilitation training to prevent common handstand-related injuries!

You have found the right class.
With the use of Pilates, you will achieve a stronger core which is your powerhouse to support your daily movement. You will learn good and safe techniques to stretch and release movement-related tension. The Beacon Movement is a safe and encouraging environment for you to cultivate good postural habits and increase movement confidence!
A gymnastics session that is specially designed for Lower back health will be included in your term pack. It trains you to handle impact and protect yourself under dynamic movement. So important, isn’t it?

In this term, you will learn to bring your spine to neutral in all 3-dimensions through balance, weights and exercises. These exercises build core stability strength and retrain the brain and tissues (muscle, nerves, connective tissues) to work together in a more physiologically normal position, restoring alignment to your entire body.
Scoliosis shouldn’t stop us from participating in activities that involve twisting and bending. As The Beacon Movement is 100% pro-movement, you will experience a session of Gymnastics which trains you to support yourself in dynamic movement and adapt according to your curves!
