More than 10 years ago, as an IT executive in his mid-forties and father of three children, Chin Chau found himself overweight and in poor health despite (what he thought) was a moderately active lifestyle. This jolted him into exercising regularly and changing his diet habit, and he was able to turn his health around.

Motivated to change, Chin Chau delved into the realms of physical training and nutrition, becoming not only an enthusiast but an avid learner of the science and intricacies behind a healthy lifestyle. His fitness journey commenced with traditional gym machines and weights, but he soon recognized the unparalleled benefits of gymnastics training. In 2016, he embraced gymnastics as a holistic approach to enhancing overall body strength and mobility, recognizing its scalability to cater to individuals of all ages.

Chin Chau started coaching his friends and volunteering to lead workouts at church event, eventually turning professional in 2021 to be able to reach more people.

What sets Chin Chau apart is his strong belief that gymnastics is a remarkable avenue for those aged 40 and above to achieve holistic well-being. His coaching philosophy revolves around instilling the proper knowledge, programming, and habits to empower everyone to enhance their fitness and health. The ultimate goal is to ensure they are not only physically fit but also mentally agile, enabling them to actively engage and relish activities with family, friends, and the community.

He is particularly keen on helping individuals above 40s emphasizing that, with the right guidance, it is never too late to embark on a journey towards physical and mental fitness.
