Jia Qi’s fitness journey ignited during her school days when she unearthed her passion for sports and wellness. Since then, she’s embarked on a perpetual quest for self-discovery, delving into a new sport or movement every year. From the tranquility of meditation to the adrenaline rush of running, the grace of barre to the intensity of boxing, Jia Qi has embraced a diverse array of activities. Her insatiable curiosity for the boundless possibilities of movement has driven her to earn certifications in STOTT Pilates Matwork and Reformer Level 1, as well as completing a Yoga Teacher Training 200-hour program.
In her post-graduation career, Jia Qi has dedicated herself to working with clients spanning all ages and fitness levels. Through her guidance, she has witnessed remarkable transformations as individuals achieve their goals and revitalize their lives through exercise and holistic well-being practices. She firmly believes in taking a comprehensive approach to fitness, integrating physical exercise with mindset and lifestyle habits.
Creating a supportive and empowering environment is at the core of Jia Qi’s philosophy. She understands that confidence flourishes when individuals are encouraged to move in their own unique ways. Jia Qi places a strong emphasis on functional movements that translate seamlessly into everyday activities, enabling her clients to cultivate strength, mobility, and mental resilience. Her workouts strike a perfect balance between challenge and enjoyment, meticulously tailored to meet the individual needs and aspirations of each client.
Guided by the mantra, “If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run, then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl. Whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward,” Jia Qi embodies resilience and perseverance, inspiring others to embrace progress and continue pushing their boundaries in pursuit of their fitness goals.
