“I found out about Jay Ding from my sister and also positive results from another common friend and decided to go to him for my knee issues. The workouts he prescribed me really helped me with dealing with my knee cartilage wear and tear.
There was this one session last October 2023, I went to him with pain in my weakened knee that I never had before while climbing up and down the stairs (overused the past few days). I came out of his hour-long session being able to hop off the stairs, pain-free. I dont think I have ever felt this hopeful about my knee rehabilitation in general if it was not for Jay.

” Jay is an awesome instructor. He’s patient, and knows how to tweak the work outs according to your injuries/strength for the day.
I started out with him having shoulder tendonitis which affected my ability to play my sport. After going to him for about 2 months, the pain reduced significantly and now I’m able to play my sport pain free. He shares workouts that I could do daily and also warm ups that will help prevent my old injury from flaring up. He would also throw in some lame jokes in the midst to keep you going 😂.

KC had slipped disc for more than 10 years and the pain has never left him. 10 minutes of standing is enough to give him pain down the leg from the lower back.
Despite being encouraged to undergo surgery, KC made a life-changing decision – using pilates and exercise as a form of recovery. He understood the pain would return after surgery if no changes are done to his poor habits and muscle weaknesses to protect his back during runs or heavy carrying.
Over time, he began to update, “Now, when I go for runs and hikes, I can feel my glutes working. No lower back pain at all!”
When KC first came to Coach Jasmine, he just want to get rid of his lower back pain. Now, he is exploring more sports that can push his limits because he is now equipped with the knowledge and muscle memory to protect himself.

Sarah has been dancing since young. She sought Coach Jasmine to help her with her back pain and to learn conditioning that can let her body and movement thrive over the future years of dancing.
She has built muscle memory that automatically fires when she does quick and deep backbends multiple times in a single dance session. Again, with this conditioning, Sarah has achieved physical freedom to delve deeper into her passion, free from pain.
